Return & Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment

At Aneera, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something does not meet your expectations, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with the policy outlined below. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and fair resolution process for every customer.

2. Return Request Window

Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 2 days of receiving your order. Requests raised after this period will not be eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

3. Return & Exchange Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must meet certain conditions. 
The item should be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with no signs of alteration.
All original tags must be attached, and the product must be returned in the same    condition as it was delivered. 
Additionally, the item must match the original order placed. All returned products will undergo a quality inspection before approval.

4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund. These include products that show signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration. Customized or specially modified items are also non-returnable. Items that do not match the original order, as well as products purchased under promotional offers or discount campaigns, are not eligible for return. Any item lost during return transit will not be considered for refund or replacement.

6. Refund Process & Timeline

Once the returned product is received at our facility, it will undergo a detailed quality inspection. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–15 business days. The actual time for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment method and bank processing timelines.
